The stock vacuum hoses on RX-7's get hard and brittle as they get older due to the heat from within the engine bay and age. On the FD3S, there is a maze of vacuum hoses as part of the twin-turbo system. It's often called the "rat's nest" by those familiar with it. Broken or cracked they can interfere with proper function of the turbo system.

A vacuum hose replacement is a worthwhile investment to the continued dependability of the systems that incorporate them. And it is often times the solution for problems experienced with twin-turbo systems that don't boost properly. RotorSports replaces the stock vauum hoses with high quality silicone hoses. These hoses withstand the heat better than stock hoses and last longer. As well, they will not collapse under vacuum as seen with lesser quality hoses. Available in black, yellow, or blue.

Pricing is based on whether other service work is being done at the same time. Call for details.

The 2nd generation FC3S also contains vacuum hoses, although less complex. Vacuum hose replacements for the FC are also recommended if aged or never been replaced.
